Does it work for a girls PG, gents PG or co-living?
Yes. Rentclear does not depend on the kind of PG. You set up floors, rooms and beds the way your building is.
Can I set a different rent for each bed?
Yes. Each bed has its own rent, and you can change a tenant's rent from a chosen month without changing earlier months.
I have more than one PG. Can I see them together?
Yes. Add each PG to the same account. Home can show the total for all your PGs, and you can open any one of them.
Can my warden or manager use it?
Yes. Add them as a manager. They use their own sign-in on their own phone and see the same records.
