These are the things Rentclear does today. Features still in testing are listed separately at the bottom of this page.
Your whole building on one screen.
- Floors, rooms and beds in natural order: ground, first, second, terrace.
- Every bed in colour: paid, due this month, overdue or vacant.

- UPI, cash or bank transfer, with the UPI reference if there is one.
- Receipt number on every payment, ready to share.
- Reverse, never delete: a wrong payment is reversed with a reason and stays in the history.
- Deposit settlement when a tenant leaves: deposit, dues and deductions in one place.
- Download payments as a spreadsheet file (CSV).

WhatsApp reminders
WhatsApp opens with the message written: amount, month and your UPI ID. You tap Send. Go through everyone who owes, one chat at a time.
Expenses
Electricity, groceries, repairs and more, grouped by category, with what is left after expenses each month.
Staff
Cook, cleaner, warden and others with their phone number and monthly salary note.
Notices
Write a notice once, with an end date if needed, and share it on WhatsApp.
Food menu
Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner for each day of the week.
Agreements and invoices
Simple rental agreement and invoice templates filled in from the tenant's details. Not legal advice: have important agreements checked by a lawyer.
Import your list
Paste your tenant list or load a file, up to 300 rows at a time. Each row is checked before it is added.
Many properties
Several PGs, or flats and houses, under one account, with an All PGs total on Home.
Phone and computer
Works in the browser on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac. Add it to your phone's home screen. Add a manager to share the work.
